A New Digital Era for the Municipality of Ampelokipoi–Menemeni with Dotsoft S.A. as a Partner!

The Municipality of Ampelokipoi–Menemeni is entering the implementation phase of the project titled “New Digital Services of the Municipality and Development of Smart Applications”, in collaboration with the innovative IT company Dotsoft S.A., which, as part of the project, is digitizing and converting the Municipality’s urban planning archives into electronic form.

With the supply of an Integrated Digital Services Platform and Smart City Systems, the Municipality of Ampelokipoi–Menemeni is decisively turning a new page in the management of its operational affairs. Alongside this, Dotsoft S.A. is also undertaking in the same municipality the procurement and installation of a comprehensive system for detecting extreme weather phenomena and informing–alerting citizens, responding to the modern-day challenges shaped by global climate change. Additionally, Dotsoft S.A. is providing specialized information systems and software for combating Covid-19, strengthening the Municipality of Ampelokipoi–Menemeni against an issue that remains ongoing.

The total duration for the completion of all parts of the project is twenty-four (24) months.

The funding authority for the project “New Digital Services of the Municipality and Development of Smart Applications and Smart City Systems in the Municipality of Ampelokipoi–Menemeni” is the Special Service for the Management and Implementation (EYDEYPPES) of the Ministry of the Interior, through the Development and Solidarity Program for Local Government “ANTONIS TRITSIS.”
