Athens Medical Association

Dotsoft is the contractor for the digital modernization project of the Athens Medical Association.

Dotsoft has been officially awarded the contract for the project titled “Digital Modernization and Operational Upgrade of the Athens Medical Association (AMA) to Address the Covid-19 Health Crisis and Mitigate Its Consequences.” Under this project, Dotsoft will digitize and electronically convert the entire archive of the Athens Medical Association, comprising over 200,000 pages of various sizes, including books and documents.

The contract’s scope includes the assessment of existing service needs related to the clients of the Athens Medical Association (AMA), the complete administrative and operational integration/harmonization of processes, the digitization of existing paper archives comprising over 200,000 pages of various sizes and books, as well as ensuring operational interoperability supported by a unified technological infrastructure and digitized procedures.

Additionally, the project aims to digitally modernize the Association’s social structures, such as the Social Mission Clinic. This will involve supporting processes related to managing clinic appointments, maintaining patients’ medical records, monitoring the distribution of medicines to and from the clinic, and connecting it with other social clinics and pharmacies operated by different organizations.
