The process involves the use of high-speed scanners and specialized book scanners to capture documents with accuracy and high quality. <\/p>\n<p>The scope of the project includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recording and organizing the physical archive.<\/li>\n<li>Scanning and digitizing documents for secure storage and management.<\/li>\n<li>Documenting and entering key information into information systems.<\/li>\n<li>Quality control of both the digital files and the recorded data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The digitization of the Ministry of Justice\u2019s archive represents a significant step toward the digital transformation of the Justice sector, contributing to improved operation of judicial services, reduced case-processing times, and easier access to information for citizens and competent authorities.
