{"id":1131,"date":"2025-08-04T11:07:38","date_gmt":"2025-08-04T08:07:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/scanservices.dotsoft.gr\/municipality-of-pavlos-melas\/"},"modified":"2025-11-21T15:42:57","modified_gmt":"2025-11-21T13:42:57","slug":"municipality-of-pavlos-melas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/scanservices.dotsoft.gr\/en\/municipality-of-pavlos-melas\/","title":{"rendered":"Municipality of Pavlos Melas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; admin_label=&#8221;section&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_row admin_label=&#8221;row&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; custom_padding=&#8221;|||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; custom_padding__hover=&#8221;|||&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.21.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>The consortium of companies &#8220;GEOANALYSIS S.A. \u2013 DOTSOFT S.A.&#8221; has undertaken the digitization of the real estate data of the Municipality of Pavlos Melas.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of the project is to create an information system that will include all the properties of the Municipality of Pavlos Melas, with detailed information on each property, as well as accompanying material such as lease agreements, photographs, floor plans, etc. The information will be stored in a geographic information database and will also include visual representations of the properties in a GIS (Geographic Information System) format. <\/p>\n<p>The services provided by the Real Estate Utilization Information System will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00b7 Registration and entry of properties into the electronic database.<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 Creation of a Geographic Information System (GIS) that will provide an immediate and comprehensive view of the geographic location of municipal properties and all descriptive data associated with them.<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 Presentation of the historical changes related to each property.<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 Digital management of property documents and plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The project is expected to yield significant benefits both financially and socially, as the registration of the municipality&#8217;s real estate\u2014comprising nearly 1,800 plots, buildings, and farmland\u2014will allow for more effective utilization of its portfolio.
