National School of Judiciary

New collaboration between Dotsoft S.A. and the National School of Judiciary.

New project contract awarded to Dotsoft S.A. by the National School of Judiciary, with funding provided by the Ministry of Justice. The scope of the project includes the supply of an Integrated Library Management and Student Attendance System for the National School of Judiciary ( ESDI). As part of the project, the company is digitizing the School’s archive of 6,000 books, totaling over 24,000 pages.

The National School of Judiciary was founded in 1994. Its mission—as stated on its official website—goes beyond the study of law; it also includes the teach written as well as spoken judicial discourse, promote intellectual growth and interaction with the arts and culture. In this direction, Dotsoft S.A. is called to support the School with its services.

The aim of the project is both to enhance existing services and to develop new ones, available 24/7. This is expected to significantly reduce the time required by ESDI personnel for data migration between systems—resulting in cost and resource savings—while also ensuring optimal management of the School’s library resources.

The contract has a duration of eight (8) months.
