The scope of the services provided involves the digitization and electronic archiving of documents contained in the individual files of Third-Country Nationals as well as in the administrative archive. This process aims to modernize the management and storage of these documents in order to facilitate decision-making. As a subcontractor, Dotsoft is digitizing over 20,000,000 pages contained in migrant case files.

The project concerns the digitization of the physical documents contained in the individual files of Third-Country Nationals. The Ministry of Migration and Asylum manages approximately 5,000,000 TCN files, corresponding to around 10,000,000 protocol entries of various types (residence permit applications, miscellaneous documents, other categories, etc.), each of which includes an average of ten (10) pages. In addition, the physical archives of the Ministry’s other administrative units are estimated to amount to approximately 1,000,000 pages. As a result, the total number of pages to be scanned is estimated at around 101,000,000 pages.
