The consortium of companies “GEOANALYSIS S.A. – DOTSOFT S.A.” has undertaken the digitization of the real estate data of the Municipality of Pavlos Melas.

The goal of the project is to create an information system that will include all the properties of the Municipality of Pavlos Melas, with detailed information on each property, as well as accompanying material such as lease agreements, photographs, floor plans, etc. The information will be stored in a geographic information database and will also include visual representations of the properties in a GIS (Geographic Information System) format.

The services provided by the Real Estate Utilization Information System will include:

• · Registration and entry of properties into the electronic database.
• · Creation of a Geographic Information System (GIS) that will provide an immediate and comprehensive view of the geographic location of municipal properties and all descriptive data associated with them.
• · Presentation of the historical changes related to each property.
• · Digital management of property documents and plans.

The project is expected to yield significant benefits both financially and socially, as the registration of the municipality’s real estate—comprising nearly 1,800 plots, buildings, and farmland—will allow for more effective utilization of its portfolio. The project is part of the strategic planning of the Municipality of Pavlos Melas’ operational program for 2014-2019, Axis 5, Measure 5.1, Action 5.1.4: “Development of an Action Plan to Increase Municipal Revenues and Optimize the Utilization of Resources and Municipal Property.”
